The Wireless Tracking Service begins right in vehicle you want to track. Installation can be as simple as plugging the tracking device into a lighter jack or power socket and giving the antennas a clear view of the sky. It can also be as advanced as mounting the device under a seat, powering it by direct connection to the head unit and hiding the antennas under dashboard paneling.

After plugging in the device, relax for a minute. Assuming the device is visible, you'll see a few lights flash on the main panel. Look for the green-red-green-red flashes going on for a few seconds; they indicate that the device is determining its location. Once you've seen those flashes -- or if you've just waited a few minutes -- it's time to sign into the web site to start tracking!

Just a quick note: some of the following screenshots may be branded for our partners, but the software is ours. Our service is meant to be customized to meet the needs of our customers and our partners. Consider the pictures a hint at the capabilities of our software.

When you connect to the Wireless Tracking Service you first see this screen. To gain access to your tracking account, enter the username and password that you were given when you subscribed to the service. You can only access your account. There is no way for one user to access someone else's location information or maps. A little reminder: You should never give your account information to anyone else.
